The Observatory is run by a team of community volunteers and has 2 viewing domes, telescopes and a warm room. Our island hall is open daily from 08:00-22:00 and boasts a wide range of facilities for visitors and islanders alike. The main hall can be booked for badminton, table tennis, short mat bowls, basket ball, netball or volleyball. There are also yoga/pilates mats, gym mats, activity benches and soft play toys.
